1. Engineer: ( IIS Administrator)
· Should have min 3 to 4 yrs years of experience in Administering Web / FTP Servers (Win2000/2003 with IIS) in Hosting Environment.
· Should have good Architecture / Troubleshooting Knowledge of Networking, Security and Win 2000/2003 OS.
· Should be managing a team of System Administrators in Hosting Environment
· Good (written and verbal) communication skills. Communicating with International clients is must.
· Should have knowledge various software tools used for Server Monitoring, collecting Asset information, Backup/Restore, Windows Updates, etc.
· Should know various IT operation tasks for hosting services.
· Any Certifications (Microsoft / Cisco) is a plus point.
