Experience : Overall experience more than 09 years and less than 13 years, is preferable in System Administration / IT
Mandatory Skill Set :
· Having adequate knowledge in Basic Hardware, Linux & DBA Network administration. Should possess knowledge on System Analysis & System Security
· In-depth practical experience utilizing best practices in people management.
· Strong people/ project management, development and leadership skills;
· Excellent personal organization and communication skills
· Excellent analytical & logical skills, Excellent social, communication and advisory skills, team player;

Job Description:
As Team Manager - Manager of a newly incorporated software development subsidiary of the Colruyt Group, your key responsibilities consist of building, managing and developing individuals and teams and support the project management and delivery
In this key function you report directly to the Delivery manager who will set, together with the Department Heads from the Belgium head office, your operational and functional objectives in all team matters.
Your key responsibility areas include the following:
- Take responsibility for people and their projects under your assignment.
- Coach and mentor your team and the individuals in your team;
- Provide support in gathering team/ personnel requirements and build up manage and develop the individuals in the team and the team as such;
- Develop the knowledge and facilitate the growth of the team and the individuals in your team:
- Distribute and share the knowledge within your team and communicate the capabilities and strengths to all parties involved;
- Ensure that all people involved with the team know who is who and does what and put system in place in so they can be in direct contact with the appropriate people;
- Create an environment that supports and develops open communication;
- Ensure compliance with internal knowledge standards and make sure your people are up to expectations:
- Ensure and support a good relationship between Colruyt, Infoco, external onsite & offshore team and where needed report difficulties in the relationship to the Delivery Manager;
- Ensure internal processes are being followed for both project & operational work;
- Continuous evaluations (both technical and personal) of people in your team.
- Continuous analyses and improvement of the people within your team; accept people for who they are, work on utilizing their strong points and improving their weak points;
- Keep up to date with people management developments;
- Plan and motivate your team according to Colruyt culture/ philosophy;
- Act as point of contact for status and planning towards the Delivery Manager and Team Manager at CIT;
- Preparation of periodic status and forecasts reports;
- Ensure continuity and appropriate staffing of your team;
- Allow people to make mistakes and learn from these mistakes;
- Listen to and motivate the people in your team and handle or escalate any grievances.
- Ensure the growth of the people within your team both from a knowledge perspective and facilitate the growth of the people within your team in the organization.
